The California Association of Meat Processors (CAMP) held its prestigious Cured and Processed Meats Championships at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, CA February 21st-23rd, 2020
The annual competition is open to all processors who are current members of C.A.M.P. All member-processors who cure and smoke hams, bacon, jerky, snack sticks and various sausages are eligible to participate.
The recent competition was extremely competitive, and judges announced the winners in 18 categories, with more than 272 entries competing for prizes.

Each year, the cured meats competition is held in conjunction with the association’s annual meeting.
