Paul Golis, representing the Rohnert Park hospital foundation, will speak at the Thursday night meeting of the Cotati City Council.

Also on the agenda are a public hearing concerning an R-3 (multiple residential) zoning for the Bernard Santero property at 415 School Street, reading and adoption of the city’s new service station ordinance and zoning ordinance for the hub area.

A resolution approving the final map of a subdivision at the corner of Maple and West Cotati Avenues, proposed by John Nielsen, will also be considered.

The 1968-69 audit report for the city, which was presented to the council last month, will be brought up for acceptance.

Citizens are invited to attend meetings of the city council, reports Mayor Frank Dolinsek.

The council will meet at 7:30 p.m. at the Cotati fire station.

Irene Hilsendager’s column each week touches on moments in the history of Cotati, Rohnert Park and Penngrove.
