Friday, December 20

• The Spanish Harlem Orchestra, a Grammy Award-winning salsa and Latin jazz band, will perform at 7:30 p.m. at the Weill Hall, Green Music Center, SSU, 1802 E. Cotati Ave. RP Tickets start at $25.

• Community coffee-free coffee and pastries every Fri. from 10-11 a.m. come and meet your fellow library patrons at the local library.

• Santa Rosa Dance theater presents Tchaikovsky’s “Nutcracker,” at the Spreckels Performing Arts Center, 5409 Snyder Ln. $25-$31. 707-588-3400.


Saturday, December 21

• Holiday gift-making workshop. See for schedules and fees.

• Mr. Smarty Pants performs ‘60s music, 8 p.m. at the Twin Oaks Roadhouse, 5745 Old Redwood Hwy. Free. 707-795-5118.

• Once Upon a Gingerbread House, 10 a.m. to noon at the RP-Regional Library, 6250 Lynne Conde Wy. Free. Ages 5 and younger build gingerbread houses from graham crackers and candy. All materials supplied. No registration required. 707-584-9121.
