Brian and Angela Fogg, of Rohnert Park, welcomed their new daughter, Emma Valentina, at 6:02 a.m. on Feb. 14, 2011. She weighed 7 pounds, 3 ounces and was 20-3/4 inches at the time of birth. Her grandparents are Don and Pat Vachini, of Petaluma, Bonnie Fogg, of Rohnert Park, and Jeff Fogg, of Santa Rosa. Her sister is Cali Fogg.
