Bed races and Founders’ Day in Rohnert Park Oct. 3

The first Founder’s Day was started way back in 1962, one month after the incorporation of the City of Rohnert Park. Celebrations were held at Alicia Park and at the John Reed Elementary School parking lot for a three day festivity.
