Apply to represent So County’s older adults

Applications are open through Fri., March 29 to become an elected California Senior Legislature (CSL) representative for Sonoma County. Residents must be age 55 or older and enthusiastic about sharing our county’s older adult issues with other members of the statewide CSL to apply for this voluntary position.

Established by state law, the mission of the non-partisan California Senior Legislature is to help preserve and enhance the quality of life for the six million older Californians and their families. Each year, the CSL submits legislative on such issues as financial abuse, health care and the Silver Alert program. Many of CSL’s proposals have become state law.  Se están aceptando aplicaciones hasta viernes, 29 de marzo para ser elegido para formar parte del cuerpo legislativo de (personas) mayores de California para el Condado de Sonoma (California Senior Legislature - CSL). Residentes tienen que ser de edad de 55 años o mayor y ser entusiásticos al compartir los problemas de se

enfrentan los adultos mayores del condado con otros miembros del cuerpo estatal (CSL) para poder aplicar para esta posición voluntaria.

 Establecido por ley estatal, la misión del cuerpo legislativo de (personas) mayores (CSL) es para ayudar, perseverar, y mejorar la calidad de vida para los más de seis millones de adultos mayores en California y para sus familias también.
