The Tragic History of Richard II. Saturday, March 13, 2:00 p.m. Join us for a free presentation on the tragic life and turbulent times of Richard II, who became the king of England in 1377 at the age of 10 and was usurped by Henry IV in 1399. Speaker Brantley Bryant teaches and researches medieval literature with special interest in Chaucer and fourteenth-century literature.

Pre-School Storytime for ages 3-5 will resume on Wednesday, March 10, 10:30 a.m. This storytime includes stories, songs and fun for pre-school age children and their families.
Paws for Reading! Starts Wednesday, March 3, 3:30-4:30 p.m. Beginning readers can come in and read a story to a specially trained therapy dog. This program is sponsored by Paws for Healing.
