Tony Kanaan (above) driving for Target Chip Ganassi is one of the stars of the Verizon IndyCar series that will be at Sonoma Raceway this weekend for the 10th consecutive year. Kanaan won the Sonoma Raceway event in 2005 and is one of seven drivers to have won at the track since 2005. Team Penske driver Will Power won last year’s event and will be going for his fourth win at the track. This will be the last road course race on the IndyCar schedule for the year and the second to last event before crowning the series champion. As of now, six drivers have a shot of winning the title, with Power having a 39-point lead over Team Penske teammate Helio Castroneves. Additional races will round out the weekend along with autograph sessions and plenty of food and drinks for the whole family with children under 12 admitted free with a purchased adult ticket.
