The holiday cult classic, “A Christmas Story,” is now playing through Dec. 22 at the 6th Street Playhouse in Santa Rosa.

In this faithful stage adaptation, the audience follows along with the nostalgic recollections of Ralphie Parker in his quest to get a genuine Red Ryder BB gun under the tree. All of the favorite scenes are here – the lamppost and a boy’s frozen tongue, the exploding furnace, the schoolyard bully, Little Orphan Annie decoder pin and of course, the soft glow of electric sex…the Old Man’s FRA-GEE-LAY leg lamp. Will Ralphie get the best gift ever under the tree? Get tickets now to find out!

Tickets range from $27-$32 and are available online or at the box office.  Go to www.6thstreetplayhouse.com for tickets or additional information.
