|Two busted in Cotati on marijuana charges
The Cotati Police Dept. arrested two men Friday morning on a multiple marijuana charges.
Sean Ambrose, 28, and Chad Grimm, 27, both of Cotati, were taken into custody after Cotati Police officers found 300 marijuana plants and 15 pounds of processed marijuana at their residence in the 900 block of Madrone Avenue in Cotati.
According to a police report, members of the Cotati Police Dept. were at the residence conducting a probation search at approximately 9 a.m. Lt. Bill French said there were marijuana plants growing both inside and outside the home.
Ambrose was arrested and booked into Sonoma County Jail for cultivation of marijuana, possession of marijuana for sale and conspiracy. Grimm was charged with cultivation of marijuana, possession of marijuana for sale, conspiracy and violation of probation. Grimm currently is on probation for possession of marijuana for sale in Solano County.
Bail was set at $20,000 for both men.
