Stability ball ham curls are a great exercise to work your hamstrings, glutes and lower back. This is a great alternative to other hamstring exercises, such as the RDL, because it doesn’t put any pressure on the low back. Don’t be fooled by the absence of weights; you can get a pretty good burn after doing a few sets of this exercise.

Note: it is important to consult with your doctor before following this or any other exercise program. User assumes all risks.
