|Last SSU cross-cultural class starts April 12
Sonoma State University will host the final Cross-Cultural Communication class by Jon Townsend of Agreements Work. The class begins Friday, April 12, and runs through full days of class on April 13 and 14.
As an international expert on cross-cultural conflict and its resolution, Townsend has taught this class at SSU for almost 20 years with the highest student evaluations and has also successfully taught and practiced negotiation and mediation around the United States and in a number of other countries, such as Nicaragua, Mexico, Costa Rica, the former Soviet Union, Russia, Guatemala, Ecuador, Cuba, Canada, Australia, England, Germany and Poland. He also is a member of the Muscogee (Creek) Indian Nation and earned his M.A. in Psychology at SSU.
