This point, known to acupuncturists as Bladder 67, is located on the lower lateral corner of the nail of the little toe. It is excellent for pain of the head/neck, and for difficult labor. Many people experiencing vertex headache (at the very top of the skull) or stiff neck can benefit from this point. It is also used commonly during labor to facilitate delivery if there is a delay. (Interestingly, this point is best known for its use in helping turn a breeched baby toward the correct birthing position.)

Pressing this point increases circulation within the energy pathways and can also be used preventively upon awakening each morning to avoid developing the symptoms.
