Bladder 66 can help with difficulty with digestion and neck pain
Bookmark and Share

This point, known to acupuncturists as Bladder 66, is located on the side of the foot, in the depression in front of the fifth metatarso-phalangeal joint. It is excellent for pain of the head/neck, and difficulty with digestion. Many people experiencing heaviness of the head, vomiting, and inability to fully digest their food, can benefit from this point. (Interestingly, the cluster of these symptoms together can be caused by malaria, which is why malaria is listed in the ancient texts as one of the original indications to use this point.)

Pressing this point increases circulation within the energy pathways and can also be used preventively upon awakening each morning to avoid developing the symptoms.
