Bladder 64 can benefit those with pain in head, neck and back
Bookmark and Share

This point, known to acupuncturists as Bladder 64, is located on the side of the foot, in the depression just in front of (anterior) the tuberosity (bump) of the fifth metatarsal bone. It is excellent for pain of the head, neck, and back, as well as visual problems. Many people experiencing splitting headache, stiff neck or back, or visual dizziness can benefit from this point. Pressing this point increases circulation within the energy pathways and can also be used preventively upon awakening each morning to avoid developing the symptoms.
