The Santa Rosa Junior College Scholarship Office reminds local students of the nearing application deadlines for financial aid for the 2013-14 academic year.
The deadline for the prestigious Doyle Scholarship, restored for the 2013-14 academic year, is March 14.
Upcoming high school graduates (class of 2013) with a 3.0 unweighted grade point average will be able to submit an application for Doyle scholarships at SRJC.
Students or parents should contact the SRJC Scholarship office at 527-4740, or go to  www.santarosa.edu/scholarship for more information.
Criteria for the Doyle Scholarship is: high school graduate, Class of 2013; qualifying unweighted GPA of at least 3.0 (seven semesters, high school counselor verification required); verification of graduation from high school and maintenance of a minimum final 3.0 unweighted GPA upon graduation (high school counselor certification required); and full time enrollment at SRJC for Fall 2013 (awards may be deferred to Spring 2014).
