The first official customer of the new 99 Cent Store in Rohnert Park, Robert Jayson, waited in line four days to be one of the first to purchase a 24-inch LED TV on Thursday, Jan. 24. Jayson and the 98 people behind him in line were able to purchase various valuable items for 99 cents.
