This point, known to acupuncturists as Gallbladder 41, is located just below the fourth metatarsolphalangeal joint of the feet. It is excellent for alleviating painful conditions of the foot and thorax, and for menstrual irregularities. Many people with headache, vertigo (dizziness), or spastic pain of the feet and toes, can benefit from this point. It also has been used for women to assist with a too-short or too-long menstrual cycle. Pressing this point increases circulation within the energy pathways and can also be used preventively upon awakening each morning to avoid developing the symptoms.
