Gallbladder 37 can help ease pain in joints and vision troubles
Bookmark and Share

This point, known to acupuncturists as Gallbladder 37, is located about five inches above the tip of the external malleolus, on the front border of the fibula bone. It is excellent for pain of the joints and trouble with one's vision. Many people with knee pain or blurring of the vision can benefit from this point. It also has been used for night blindness and opthalmalgia (eye pain). Pressing this point increases circulation within the energy pathways and can also be used preventively upon awakening each morning to avoid developing the symptoms.
