Former NFL players, from left, Hall of Famer Jimmy Johnson (49ers), Honor Jackson (Patriots) and Ted Popson (49ers) got together at Seasons Bar and Grill in Rohnert Park Sunday to help raise funds for Fence At The Top, a nonprofit, comprehensive mentoring program for at-risk youth in Sonoma County.  Fence At The Top has a practive approach which allows it to intercept at-risk, troubled, and neglected youth at the top of the hill before they fall. On average the youth are between the ages of 9-18 years, and have a school grade point average of 2.5 or less.
