John Hanses’ photograph of the Golden Gate Bridge won the People’s Choice Award at the Photography Exhibit at the Rohnert Park-Cotati Library. Hanses is a Cotati resident who has been shooting large-format film for more than 25 years. His intimate landscapes have been shown widely throughout the Bay Area, nationally, in Japan as well as Australia. With approximately 600 votes cast and an estimated 900 visitors during the two-week show, committee members Faith Adam, Annie Rasmussen and Margot Godolphin considered the show a huge success.
