| OAEC open to public on regular basis for first time |

For the first time ever, the organic nursery at the Occidental Arts and Ecology Center will be open to the public on a regular basis– every weekend from Sept. 8-Nov. 4, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The OAEC built a new nursery which has allowed for an expansion of offerings to the public. The center is one of the few nurseries in the Bay Area completely California Certified Organic including all of the ornamentals.
All the potting mixes, amendments and foliage sprays are also certified organic. The center is located at 15290 Coleman Valley Road in Occidental.
