| Team building focus of series of workshops by Eris Weaver |
Local consultant Eris Weaver is offering a series of workshops designed to help businesses and nonprofits build effective teams. The first event, “Meetings That Don’t Suck,” will meet Tuesday, Sept. 11 from 9 a.m.-noon at the North Bay iHub, 1300 Valley House Drive, Rohnert Park.
The October 9 session – “Don’t Work at It, Play With It!” – will focus on improvisational, visual, and game-storming techniques that foster creativity, innovation, and group connection.
On November 6, participants will learn “How to Talk About Hot Topics Without Getting Burned.” Each workshop is $65; attend the entire series for the discounted rate of $150.
Weaver is a facilitator, consultant, trainer, and public speaker known for her clarity, forthrightness, and humor. She teaches in the Conflict Resolution certificate program at Sonoma State University.
