|Balance disc squats: Beginner and advanced
Proprioceptive training (awareness of the body’s position in space) is an important element in fitness training because it can reduce the risk of injury and increase the body’s movement efficiency. Adding an unstable surface to a simple body weight exercise, such as a squat, is a great way to improve coordination, athletic skill, core strength and even posture.
