The 6th Street Playhouse will present the Mel Brooks musical  "The Producers," from June 15-July 15 in the GK Hardt Theatre.
The Broadway musical version of The Producers, based on the Mel Brooks' 1968 film, follows theater producer Max Bialystock and accountant Leo Bloom as they sing and dance their way down Broadway awaiting the cash windfall of their new musical, a sure-to-flop production of "Springtime for Hitler." Their scam fails when the show is heralded a Broadway hit.

Curtain times are 8 p.m. on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, 2 p.m. on Sundays from June 17-July 15, and 2 p.m. on June 30, July 7 and July 14.
