The City of Rohnert Park Community Services Department is offering tennis classes, taught by Harvey Bell, for all ages on Tuesdays at the Magnolia Park tennis courts. The course features three, four-week sessions: May 1-22, June 5-26 and July 10-31.
No experience is necessary for beginners. Loaner racquets are available. Rainouts (if any) will be made up. Classes are offered for ages 4-6 from 3:30-4 p.m., ages 7-10 from 4-5 p.m., ages 11-15 from 5-6 p.m., adult beginners (ages 16 or older) from 6-7 p.m., and adult intermediates from 7-8 p.m. Fees for ages 4-6 are $47 per session. Rohnert Park residents pay a discounted fee of $40 per session. Openings are still available for Session 1, beginning May 1.
