The Rohnert Park Cotati Chapter of Realtors continued their support of COTS, the Committee On The Shelterless, by donating new bedding to the organization.

The Rohnert Park Chapter donated 16 sets each of twin and full-size bedding to be used in transition houses run by COTS.  The bedding will be available to new residents seeking to transition out of homelessness.  This is the third year the Rohnert Park Cotati Chapter of Realtors has donated to COTS. COTS also provides emergency, clean and sober accommodations for men and women run by the Sonoma County Chapter of Catholic Charities. The emergency housing, run out of the Mary Isaac Center,  includes financial and personal counseling, and can be utilized for up to six months.  After completion of the emergency housing program, residents may move on to transitional housing run by COTS.

There are a total of six houses containing 23 bedrooms in Rohnert Park and Petaluma.  Residents may remain in transitional housing for up to two years.
