Medicine balls are a great piece of equipment used to add variety and intensity to many exercises. The single leg bridge raise is a great functional exercise for training the posterior chain and core. The instability of a medicine ball will force the core to work harder and the dynamic movement will help to strengthen the hamstrings and core.
