The Rotary Club of Rohnert Park-Cotati is pleased to announce they have been able to assist a number of local service organizations and projects with financial support to further their efforts. Some of the organizations recently accepting donations from Rotary memberships include Girl Scouts, $500; Boys & Girls Club, $750; Boy Scout Troop 68, $500; Giant Steps Therapeutic Equestrian Center, $750; American Red Cross, $500; Cotati Police K-9 program, $500; Dictionary project for 3rd grade students, $3,500; and summer camp, $900. Throughout the year the service club works on many worthwhile projects to better the community by holding fundraisers to financially assist organizations that serve children, the elderly and those with disabilities.
