Cotati bird walk a success

As part of the "indoor/outdoor education series" of the Cotati Creek Critters, bird expert John DellOsso gave a guided tour of the Laguna de Santa Rosa in Cotati Saturday, May 5 to over 20 people. Critters outreach coordinator Jenny Blaker considers that a success.

Pork loin roast with Thai mint basil sauce

This recipe serves four.
Ingredients:
3 lb pork loin roast
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Fresh ground black pepper
Sea salt

2 1/2 quarts water
3/4 cup salt, sea salt
