Huge sewer fees hit Canon Manor residents

Despite angry criticism from homeowners in Canon Manor, Rohnert Park's City Council voted unanimously to impose new sewer connection fees. Two years ago, homeowners could have signed up for service with RP's sewer pipes for $5,910. Now the connection fee is $21,700, an increase of nearly 400 percent.
